45-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 45 days of receiving your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 45 days of delivery.

• The product should be returned with all original parts and accessories where applicable.

• The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@halloweenpeeps.com with:

• Your order number

• The name used for the order

• The reason for your return

Our support team will provide instructions for returning your item.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions or return label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and display the refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your Magic Broom arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@halloweenpeeps.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@halloweenpeeps.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it has been processed or dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it under our 45-day free returns policy.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched from our local UK warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.
